Asseessment of ergonomic conditions in a coach factory

Marmara University, Institute of Science and Technology, Work Safety Master Degree Program with Thesis. In this thesis study, ergonomic conditions in a coach factory were determined with observation and experiments.The risks related to those ergonomic conditions were determined. It was aimed to prevent to worsen the worker's health statements and increase their efficiency. According to the observations and experiments, studies and suggestions were given to enhance the ergonomic conditions. The importance, production improvement, quality increase, sense of belonging, and safety culture were proved. Research Criterias for Physical Environment Study  Which position taken when a worker lifting and/or carrying a heavy metarial  For physical environment study in a work station, some additional factors had been taken into account, namely; thermal confort, chemical dangers, noise, lighting, vibration.
