Abstract (EN)

Vehicles are indispensable for our lives, and at the forefront of the desired features in the vehicles, the road and its passengers have to have a suspension system to keep the driver and passengers from being affected by the vibrations and vibration caused by these reasons. Front suspension system that meets most of the requirements of comfort and handling in automotive. The front suspension system consists of several elements; swings and their bushings can be critical to the task of carrying forces. In the scope of this research, we aimed to find the relation between the elasticity of experimental methods and the force that we want to have for the three different group swing of the metal rubber bushes preferred in automotive. For the comparison of three different groups of swing groups for the formation of the known tightness of the upper and lower overflow values are included in the experiment to find the best operating range of the bushing force to give the range of tightness and different groups of different spacing to be found in the same bush different material and production technology different bushing removal range was observed.
