Abstract (EN)
In our challenging world, companies have to find better alternatives to eliminate non-value added activities and be more efficient to increase their competitiveness. In general, companies have non value added operations in their logistic processes. So, in this study, especially at the beginning of a physical investment phase, we are planning to focus cycling internal logistic processes of an automotive company to minimize it's production capacity loses to increase production capacity based on defining improved factory layout, alternative material handling routes and best-case transportation equipment's numbers. With this object based on pre-defined production volume, number of required transport vehicles & equipment with optimum transportation routes are defined with simulation technique by modelling transportation of raw material and semi-finished goods in between work centers Key words: Simulation, Logistics, Line Balancing, Vehicle routing
