Abstract (EN)
In this study an international firm?s which serve in automotive sector in Turkey,after sale department?s duty and responsibilities have been researched. Analgorithm of work-flow has been made and time lost has been detected. Toestimate lost times which vehicles wasted in services, some measurements havebeen made for 100 vehicles. During measurements physical condition andfinance processes neglected. Detected lost times ,after customers arrived to theservice, from algorithms which have been maintained from the analyses reportsformed using the data obtained from AS400 and Microsoft Office Excel TimeManaging program, have been evaluated. According to the findings; mechanicworkshop, part department and final- check department are mostly causes forlost times which has been detected.Key Words : automotive, after sale duties, service
