Abstract (EN)
Companies have to produce effectively and faultlessly to sustainable competitive. This is only possible by detecting errors before occurs. FMEA is out of techniques are used for this purpose. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis aim removing the failures that not only appear in present state but also could appear in future in their source and not being lived their effects along with prevention existing failures The purpose of this study in the failure mode and effects analysis technique by examining the practices of companies that produce different products in the automotive industry, to reveal whether differences or show similarities between FMEA applications in manufacturing enterprises in different styles. In accordance with this purpose in this study, such as plastıc injection molding, machining with methods in manufacturing enterprises as adoptions of material, manufacturing, and shipping for processes FMEA aplications are invatigate. In other words in this study by means of FMEA every type of error, their reasons and their effect on customers, error possibilities, intenity, detectabilities of error in processes is determined. Following that risk prioty number is calculated according to this method and in order to improve to risk prioty number employee is brought forward proposals. Finally, risk priority numbers are recalculated and the process continues. In this study calculates as well as strategies of select, assesments and review of failure mode, importance of moderator and leaders on the team and methods such as Fuzzy Logic or AHP which is a decision support systems contribution to process of FMEA has been mentioned
