Abstract (EN)
For this purpose, a tertiary health center is determined for the serum AMH trend of detorsion surgery in the region with ovarian torsion. This prospective cohort is ongoing, including 23 patients with ovarian torsion who underwent ovarian detorsion at a tertiary care center between 2020 and 2022. The sample sizes were adequate and the predictive lifetimes were adequate in developing a regression model. This study clinical model included 23 patients and estimates six candidates (df = 6). Regression results showed that six predictors(age, torsion side, type of operation, detorsion, detorsion + cystectomy, postoperative time) explained 92.3% of the variance (R2=.923, Adjusted R2=.81, F statistic=8.32, p= 0.001). There was a correlation between preoperative AMH and postoperative AMH (p < 0.002). A significant relationship between postoperative AMH and preoperative AMH in cells with ovarian detorsion is the main finding. Detorsion in patients provides a protective effect on ovarian reserve. However, before any surgery is performed for ovarian torsion, patients should be informed about the possible risks after the end of their ovarian reserve.
