Abstract (EN)

Infertility means not getting pregnant after a year of unprotected intercourse in regular conditions. Clomiphene citrate (CC) and gonadotropine are used in infertility treatment.It is aimed to determine the changes that may occur in tuba uterina by the use of ovulation induction.PCNA occurs in some nuclei of epithelium and lamina propria in control of hormone when it is occurring widely in nucleus and cytoplasm in pregnant of hormone. While reaction is increasing in CC, it is low in CC control and similar in hormone pregnant to CC pregnant as soon as increasing in CC groups? epithelium nuclei.C-fos; is seen in apical cell membrane and cilia in hormone control. This reaction is more powerful in hormone group. In pregnant of hormone, it is seen more in cytoplasm, apical cell membrane and cilia in CC as well as in CC control. It has highest level in pregnant of CC rather than other groups.LIF?s low moderate reaction is detected in cytoplasm control of hormone and apical cell membrane of hormone group. The reaction is strongly wide in pregnant of hormone. It is more powerful in apical cell membrane of CC than in control of CC. ıt has the highest level in CC pregnant?s apical cell membrane.In conclusion; stimulation with hormone results in more cell reproduction and cell mutation in comparison with CC stimülation, but clomiphene citrate increases tubal implantation risk.
