Developed by the researcher, ?Questionnaire on the Frequency of Exposureto Factors Influencing the Voice Negatively, Habits Leading to Voice Abuse, and VoiceAttrition Symptoms in Performers and Performance Trainees? was used as the data collectioninstrument in the study.Analyses of findings have revealed that the percentages regarding being exposed to factorsinfluencing voice negatively, habits leading to voice abuse, and voice attrition symptoms inperformers and performance trainees are between 9%-100%, 8%-56%, and 14%-80%respectively.Key Words.
