First, in-depth interviews were held with the authorities of banks which are implementing gamification practices. According to the information obtained during the meeting, companies are using gamification practices in order to, attract candidates to the company and evaluate them in the recruitment process, to increase the knowledge of the employee and to reinforce the training which is given in the training and development process. It is seen that, in training and development process, averagely half an hour activities were assigned to the employees. The use of gamification in performance management and career management has been defined as the second group, as it appears to yield results in the longer term.
