Abstract (EN)
Although, Uzbek Tekkes have an important place on our political, military and and social history, they have almost forgotten. With this work, we tried to remind the importance of these places in our history. In the first chapter, we have given the humanistic features of the Uzbek Tekkes, in order to make them known and we gave information about the sheikhs and incoming sources of tekkes. In the second chapter, we explained the place of the Uzbek Tekkes in the Panislam politics of Sultan Abdulhamid II and we tried to emphasize the importance of the tekkes, which covers most of needs of the Hadjis, for the Ottomans. In the third chapter, we described the prays of the Uzbek Tekkes which are belong to the Naqshibendi religious order and tried to make the religious life understandable and also we explained the incoming sources of tekkes. In the fourth chapter, we dwelled upon the support of Uzbek Tekkes to the National Struggle and the works of the sheikhs of the tekkes which are acting as art schools. In the fifth and the final chapter, we dwelled upon the place of the Uzbek Tekkes on the interior and exterior politics and tried to explain the effects of the tekkes on the public.
