The relationship between the permanent variables are analysed by Spearman correlation. In all statistical analysis in the study, comparisons that have a p value of under 0,05 are accepted as statistically significant. In the organizational commitment scale, the average of the five Likert values are accepted as 1-2,49 is low grade, 2,5-3,49 is middle grade, 3,5-5 is high grade. 150 nurses working at a private hospital are chosen as the universe of the study but 109 of them were volunteerly included in the analysis. 72,6% of the universe created the sample. As a result of the research, the literature information and analyses showed that nurses participated who work at a private hospital detected that they are fairly commited to their organization and demographic changes such as gender, salary, if they perform their job because they want to, their occupational productivity expressions significantly affected their organizational commitment.
