Abstract (EN)

This study of organizational learning levels of private hospitals and health professionals in order to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and the quality of work life was.A questionnaire developed for the purpose, which operates two private hospitals in Istanbul, applied 149 employees.The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software package. Participants' levels of job satisfaction and organizational learning in determining the correlation analysis of the relationship between quality of work life, job satisfaction and organizational learning levels in the regression analysis was utilized to determine the effects on the quality of work life. End of the study the participants of organizational learning, job satisfaction and quality of life in a significant positive relationship between the levels determined to be bidirectional. Participants in the study of organizational learning levels have positive effects on job satisfaction and work quality of life, health, job satisfaction levels increase organizational learning and business professionals increase their quality of life has been concluded.
