Abstract (EN)
Health services sector is a critical in human life. Therefore, the health of society is very important for health services to be easily accessible. The increase in the number of people the need for health services is increasing day by day. Nowadays, the public sector is not in a position to respond to all health services. The public sector is insufficient to meet the demand for health services. This situation is an important factor that can affect the health of the community. The lack of closure in the public sector, the private sector is involved. Private health services health services health services is indispensable when considering about the adequacy of today's public. Private hospitals treat patients, except for patients within the hospital carry, feed and water activities such as patients ' rights is important in terms of. The rights of the patient this situation is also the legal obligation of private hospitals. Established work contracts acceptance with patients, attorneys, and service contracts to carry the specific qualities of mixed contracts to be treated as caused. However, there are different opinions about these cases. As a result of the wrongful actions of their employees themselves or private hospitals, patients are entitled to material and moral damages. In addition, it contributes to the formation of the legal responsibilities of the organizational structures of private hospitals. The demand for health services caused the establishment of many private hospitals to be the greatest. This situation causes competition between private hospitals. Under competitive conditions, private hospitals such as Introducing the patient's legal responsibilities for the protection of rights will be crucial. In this study, by considering the statutory requirements the legal responsibilities of private hospitals was investigated.
