Abstract (EN)
In this thesis,the viewpoint of English Teachers in private schools on in-service trainings is handled.This piece of work was applied to totally 100 English Teachers in 6 private schools which are equal in terms of establishment,process and mission.The results of survey is commented by applying the frame of settled theory.The viewpoint of English Teachers tried to be explained with the help of survey questions ,which are gathered and listed under five main titles.Key words: Teachers of English-In-service Trainings-Motivation
