In recent years the number of private health care organizations are increasing rapidly in our country. ?Health and social safety policies? have an important role about this increasement. Especially; while private health care organizations, named as ?private hospitals ?, are becoming foremost in curing health services, also a lot of new small private health care organizations, which are working in different medical fields, are opening too. Opening and managing rules of this private health care organization are arranged with regulations but this application causes lots of problems.Employing of health care and other personnel in private health care organizations has different properties from other organizations. Although this difference is produced by private sector, health care service is known as a public service. Personnel who are going to be employed in private health care organizations must have some special qualifications, must have working permissions and must not have working prohibitions etc.It is legal that some health care personnel can also work in private health care organizations while working in public health care organizations or they can work in different private health care organizations at the same time. But this possibility causes some problems in ?social insurance and general health insurance application?. On the other hand; because of the health care services have their own special features; ?Health Ministry? must prepare special personnel substructure standards for private health care organizations.
