Abstract (EN)
It is a characterictic of human that making their effort lower against challenges. Movement since ancient times, the two main objectives are realized. Several mechanisms help to move the fluid to reduce energy expended work or taking advantage of the fluid motion. Internal combustion engines, has not been reached to desirable properties for many years in spite of perfecting work such as environmental pollution, use of fuel and materials. Due to the technical and economic aspects against alternative, they still remains important in many areas. Research and applications for the use of electric motors in the land would have increased in recent years, but it seems that internal combustion engines will keep importance in many area. Studies shows that amount 30-35% of the fuel energy is discharged by the pressure and temperature in exhaust gases. Turbocharge and supercharge engines have been developed to benefit from this combustion energy. Compared to a naturally aspirated engine, an external compressor, the amount of air taken in a cycle of increased cylinder engine "over-filling engine", made this process as "overfill" is called. In this study, general information about the internal combustion engine and exhaust gas energy which part of supercharging system are discussed. Widely used in the centrifuge system and thesis' subject rotary machines are investigated in detail. The history of the mechanism is described in the first chapter. From history of Archimedes Screw in the 3rd century BC to the present, development of systems that give movement to the fluid and systems get power from the fluid motion are described. 3rd century BC bearing waters of the Archimedes screw in Greece is considered to be one of the oldest pump.Used in China and Egypt "Noria" and "Bucket Noria" wheel which benefited from the rotary motion are examples of other instruments used in water transport. The San Domingos mine in Portugal centrifugal pumps has proven of the 5th century, it is made of wood.Altough Leonardo Da Vinci has identified the main idea of transmission fluid by centrifugal pump, on the basis of centrifugal pumps used today theoretical and practical real finder Denis Papin in France. Massachusettes pump factory in America in 1818, started manufacturing centrifugal pumps but efficiency was still not enough. James Thomson has managed to increase the efficiency of centrifugal pumps using router wings. The development of the engine was started with powder as fuel. Towards the end of the year 1600, in particular taking advantage of the industrial revolution, with chemical, studies have focused in this direction. The low efficiency of external engines has led to the need to develop internal combustion engines. German Nicolaus August Otto made the first 4-stroke engine in 1876. Another German who was born in Paris, Rudolf Diesel as a result of his work on 4-stroke internal combustion engine with constant pressure combustion principle. German Felix Wankel towards the recent history, studied on rotary piston mechanisms unlike the crank-biel. In the second chapter, the internal combustion engine is introduced. Classification of internal combustion engines, engine's working strokes and causes of deviation from the actual cycle of the ideal cycle are explained. In the third part, general information about the overfill is given. Overfill reasons, systems and incitement types used in overfill were examined. In the fourth chapter, Centrifugal systems that widely used in overfill is examined in detail. Thermodynamic calculations, how to use the exhaust gas energy, the engine with turbine and compressor operating parameters, manufacturing considerations and the subject for development of the centrifugal system are examined. In the the fifth chapter, the needs to be done is described instead of the centrifuge systems, rotary piston single wane system which is thesis topic. Rotary systems is examined and described structural changes for use in overfill. Because of this center of gravity balanced single wane system is proposed, calculations of this system and the process needs to be done is described. Then the parameters selected an example is calculaed and drawn by using Matlab and Excell software. In the last section, the obtained results are compared and made suggestions for center of gravity balanced single wane rotary system.
