The aim of this study is to evaluate the dietary behaviors and physical activity levels of police officers through demographic variables during the pandemic restrictions. The population of the research consists of 2253 police officers working in Eskişehir. Therefore, the study sample consists of 485 police officers between the ages of 22-55 working in Eskişehir city center. Personal Information Form, Diet Behavior Form and International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form (UFAA-SF) were applied to the participants in which demographic characteristics were questioned. It was determined of the police officers that 89.9% were male, 52.8% were between the ages of 26-30, 48.5% were in the range of 71-80 kg, 62.3% had a BMI in the normal range, 51.8% were single, 68.9% were At the undergraduate level, 61.4% had 1-5 years of professional experience, 56.3% did not have covid-19 infection, 68.9% had a relative with covid-19 infection, 92.0% had a chronic disease and 59.6% did not see themselves in the risky group. When the changes in daily life during the covid-19 restrictions of the police are examined; A significant difference was found in terms of gender, body mass index, marital status, professional experience, covid-19 infection status, relatives with covid-19 infection, chronic disease and seeing oneself in the risk group; when the changes in the eating habits of the police during the covid-19 restrictions are examined; when the changes in physical activity level are examined; There was a significant difference between the variables of having covid-19 infection, seeing a relative with covid-19 infection and seeing oneself at risk group; when the changes in the level of physical activity during the covid-19 restrictions of the police are examined; there was a significant difference between the variables of having covid-19 infection, seeing a relative with covid-19 infection and seeing oneself at risk group. As a result, in this study, it can be said that there are some changes in the physical activities of the police officers during the pandemic period, and that there are positive and negative changes in their eating habits according to the demographic variables.
