Abstract (EN)
Decision making can happen quite easy but sometimes it can be too complicated. Multi-criteria decision making methods are one of the most important methods used by the decision maker in complex situations. The decision maker uses these methods to find the best option among the different options. Multi-criteria decision making methods bring together many disciplines and enable the decision maker to analyze problems and make decisions more comprehensively. In this study, Companies that take place in food sector aim to measure the efficiency of distrubition channels during pandemic process. In order to determine the criteria and make the weighting process in the study, the opinions of the experts in the subject were taken, the literature was searched and the data to be used in the application were obtained. In the first part of the study, the effects of the pandemic and the pandemic on life and sectors were examined. In the second part, there is information about multi-criteria decision making techniques. In the third part of the study, there is the application part. In the application part, Entropy and CRITIC methods were used to weight the criteria and TOPSIS method was used for ranking. As a result of the study, while the most preferred "Discount Market" was before the COVID-19 pandemic, the most preferred distribution channel was the "Discount Market" again during the pandemic process. As a result of the analyzes made with the entropy method, when the weighting of financial items was examined, the item with the highest weight was "Sales Tonnage" before the pandemic, while the item with the highest weight was "Discounts" in the weighting of the items during the pandemic period. As a result of the analyzes made with the CRITIC method, when the financial items of the distribution channels before and during the pandemic were analyzed, the financial item that had the highest weight before the pandemic was the financial item "Raw Material Cost", and after the pandemic, the financial item "Discounts".
