Özet (EN)
In this study Panel Furniture enterprises in producing these problems and issues in the storage raw materials stors levels of business activities in effect size, type of manufactured furniture, material term period, storage area and ware hause business figures as of structural properties change or not investigated. Also way analitycal capacity storage area, depot relation ships in stock have been deternined.Problem areas in the effect of structural characteristics of enterprises in stock for a survey prepared and 19 businiss. Survey analysis of variance was used to analyte the data.According to the finding of the outcore of the analysis of enterprises the main material while the surplus problem is the most effecting Excess product diversity auxiliary materials depots, Storage volume, lack of product ?classification problems? issuses and the result is the product depots Lack of volume, the most influential problem. According to the structral characteristics of the problems and impact of businesses with varying levels of outstanding issues in general İnadequate warehouse space / volume? is were hause are usually too many different products, the products of the lack of party size/volume and lock of problems caused by a lock of qualified staff stands out.Panel furniture producing enterprises to improve producturity and areal and volumetric analysis were made to resolve the problems in this direction. According to the volume of raw materials were hause store sheet. Stacking units may arranger. Sequence control unit and the displace mant of the arrays to prasent damage the plates immediately and 30-50 cm in between, the space is left between the stacked units. Also sequences of movement between the forklift truck series will be created. Distance of 4 m between the two sequences are left depending on the stacking height of 6 m removable storage height. According to the analysis of the efficiency of different volume, while the average efficiency of %25 to %20 respectively.İn this case, the targeted production capacity of area and volume values for these ratios can be determined. Fallen conveyor or on the track sequence of intermediate prodact tanks are made to take all steps in processing the amount of intermediate product between the stacking area is needed. The first step in processing the plate cutting machine then on average, enough to store 2-day intermediate conveyor or pallet needed. The most commonly used 18 mm thick plate of 1m to 1 x pallet conveyor 31 m², 41,5 m² sheet material drops fell.According to the capacity of each processing step closer to the targeted area should be seperated by the required sequence result, on average 1,5 m deep, 5 m in height product repository back to back shelving racks in on enterprise with on occupancy rote of %70, %20 of packing in the gap in accepted the net volume is 8,4 m³. The most widely used in factories fort he panel plate thickness of 1 m width of the 18 mm rack 466 m² panel materials. According to monthly production capacity so that what appears to be made rack system.Materials help to the extend determined by the standart of products stored in depths of the store shelf. Fixed width and height of the rails used in the measurements box, for example while changing height measurements. So that the depth is set according to the fixed dimensions of rack system will be used in hight volume productivity. Applies in the same way as the screws and hinges.
