Prof. Dr. Onur ŞATIR July 2019, 69 pages The idea of dominating the nature of technology in the 20th century under the influence of human beings and the 21st century, this thought has become stronger. In many fields of science, the concept of software, which emerged especially with the de-velopment of computer science, provided both the development of science and facilitat-ed science. The influence of technology on architecture as well as other sciences has changed the concepts of architecture. This change has pushed the architecture away from the traditional context and pushed it into a new search. With the inclusion of natu-ral sciences at the focal point, Architecture began to explore the forms that exist in na-ture and focused on the development of ideas about how to apply them in design. In the first part of the thesis, the emergence of parametric design, its develop-ment, parameter flow, parametric design examples and the aim of the thesis are present-ed. In the second part, the studies which were done with the parametric design concept were scanned and literature reports were made about these studies. In the third chapter, the materials used in the thesis are explained and information is given on the methods to be applied. In the fourth chapter, the project proposal of the "Landscaping The Eastern Coastal Region of Van Yuzuncu Yıl University By The Parametric Design Approach, which is the subject of the thesis, is presented and the findings obtained in this project proposal are stated. In the fifth and last chapter, the advantages and disadvantages of the project, which was designed with a parametric design approach, were discussed and an inference was determined.
