Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, the importance of concepts such as the accuracy of information, reliability of information, cost of work and time is increasing day by day in the studies carried out in all areas where people related to the earth continues their lives. The use of oblique aerial photographs, which are used in oblique cameras in 3D model production, is increasing. In this application, which is based on oblique geometry, unmanned aerial vehicles with the help of non-metric cameras are very important as time cost and labor force according to other cartography applications. With the metric cameras connected to the aircraft in the regional sense, it is more convenient to use unmanned aerial vehicles in small scale projects when these applications are considered as time and man hours. In this study, we aimed to reach the details of the buildings in the campus with oblique, oblique flight and to the details of the buildings. Here is the good adjustment of the flight planing and height, as well as the tilt angle. Taking the blind spots from different angles in image acquisition was important in the mapping of the images and formation of the point cloud as desired. Finally, the study of 3D urban model production to answer the problems at the desired level.
