Özet (EN)

Depending on the energy need, the energy obtained from the sun is becoming more and more important in today's technology. Therefore, there is a need for solar cells with increased efficiency and reduced cost. The most effective way to increase efficiency is to reduce the amount of reflected light and to increase the interaction between the material used in the production of solar cells and the light. There are basically two ways to increase the interaction of light and the material used. Increasing the surface and light interaction with the patterns on the surface and coating the surface with Antireflective Coatings (ARC). Depending on the patterns created on the surface, the optical path length of the light in the material is increased, and the light, by using the shapes on the surface, increases the interaction by hitting the absorber layer more than once. The aim of this study is to keep the interaction with light at the maximum and to ensure that the efficiency can reach the highest levels. Optimum conditions were studied by testing different ARC materials and parameters with hole textured surfaces. The effects of light reflection on the performance of Single and Double layer Antireflective Coatings (SARC and DARC) on the performance of Silicon solar cells were studied. Optical analyzes of SARC and DARC layers, which were produced using different methods, were performed. In addition to the parameters used in production, the surfaces planned to be produced until obtaining the optimum result were converted into solar cells and simulated using SILVACO tools Athena and Atlas.
