Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effects of some microorganisms, size of tubers, planting density on original seed grade tuber production. In the study, elite seed tubers of Başçiftlik Beyazı potato varieties were used. The study was carried out in 2015 in Tokat Artova under the greenhouse conditions in flowerpot. The study was carried out in a Randomized Complete Block Design in split-split plots with 3 replications. Microorganism applications in the main plots (normal, mycorrhiza, bacteria), the size of the seed tubers in the lower parcels (7, 15, 30, 45, 60, 80 and 100g), the number of seed tubers planted in pots in the lower-lower parcels (1, 2 and 3 pieces/pot are placed.In this research, characteristics such as growth time, growth coefficient, number of main stem, plant height, number of tubers per pot, average tuber weight and tuber yield per pot were investigated. According to the findings; microorganism applications in seed tuber production (mycorrhiza, bacteria) increased tuber yield and average tuber weight per pot, and shortened aging times.It was determined that the number of tubers per pot was increased and the seeds produced in mycorrhizal medium gave the best results in terms of average tuber weight.The growth coefficient is an important feature. According to this, multiplication coefficients of seed tubers weighing 7 g were 26.2, whereas those of 100 g were 34.8.The numbers planted in the pots were also effective. The multiplication coefficient which was 47.2 when single tuber was planted was 24.7 when two tubers were planted and 15.0 when three tubers were planted. It has been determined that microorganism applications do not have any positive effect on the growth coefficients of seed tubers.
