Abstract (EN)

The survey studies had been conducted to found out the changes of inoculums level according to year and cropping patterns in the years 2006 ? 2008. There were no correlation found between inoculums level (sporangium level) increase and decrease of Synchytrium endobioticum related to cropping pattern and years. The virulent of diseases changed between 11.1% (cv. Jelly ? the most susceptible) and 26.2% (cv. Binella ? the most tolerant). In the experiments 6 different temperatures between 45 - 70 ºC and different time sequence were used due to temperature differences. According to results sporangium death occur in 204 hours at 60ºC, 34 hours at 65ºC and 8 hours at 70ºC. Because of high sporangium death ration which were 74% for sunflower and 73% for rye, these crops could be come in front as an alternative of potato growing. The most effective chemical application was formaldehyde with the 93.8 and 97.5% effectiveness on the aliveness of sporangium of Synchytrium endobioticum. The effectiveness of fungicides on the diseases change between 25.2 and 62.5 % compared with control plot. However the efficacy ratios were different according to statistical analysis all application data were not different from each other. To find out the Synchytrium endobioticum?s disease incidence Formaldehyde, Metham Sodium, Dazomed and 4 different concentration of ammonium were examined. In this experiment the most effective application was Metham Sodium with the 60 and 80 g /m2 dosages.
