Abstract (EN)
In this study, importance of Rhizoctonia solani on inoculum type and intensity in the development of infection in potatoes were examined. Additionally, effects of some chemicals on the formation of diseases were also studied. It has been found out that Marfona is the most sensitive cultivar of potato to different levels of sklerot, and Vangogh is the most resistant. Granola has the largest stem, and Vangogh has the smallest one. Different kinds of inoculum and no statistical difference has been observed Granola, Latona and Marfona. While Granola and Marfona have similar sizes of stems, Latona has a larger one. Rizolex has the highest mycelial growth of pathogen in vitro followed by Celest, Maxim, Dynasty, Vitavax and Pomarsol Forte respectively. Different inoculum varieties using the dipping method in potato tubers with sklerot, Celest has the highest impact followed by Dynasty, Rizolex, Maxim and Vitavax respectively. Pomarsol Forte has the lowest impact once more. In artificial inoculum application, have been unsuccessful in preventing disease formation.
