Abstract (EN)
The English composer Paul Patterson has come to the forefront with a humorous and educative personality among composers born in the 20th century. Patterson's work Op. 1, written by Hillarie Belloc on Rebecca, is proof of this. The composer aimed to introduce current music trends in the period of student performers and listeners who are not close to modern music with the aleatoric writing technique used in Rebecca which carries the programmed musical quality. In addition, the tale used in the work is also didactic in a similar way. In this work of art work report, composing techniques that Patterson used in Op.1 Rebecca composed with aleatoric writing technique were examined.
