Educating teacher by pedagogical formation difficulties experienced during appling, assement of graduates deploy

Educating teacher system has been one of the most important issues of Turkish education system. Many different educating teacher and deploy models has been applied from 1848 when Darülmuallimin-i Rüşdi an institution educating teacher firstly until today. One of these models is Pedagogical formation education application. Many different decisions and applications has been applied about pedagogicalformation educationduring this time. Howewer pedagogical formation education has totally taken part in educating teacher system in the view of the lastly taken decision about pedagogical formation education. The aim of this research is to take opinion of pedagogical formation students, prelector who is on duty of pedagogical formation education academists and administrators (dean and dean assistant) of universities about difficulties which is observed in the execution of pedagogical formation and to evaluate the condition of pedagogical formation application in teacher employment. The research has been executed with survey which is one of the qualitative research methods. Half Structured interview form has been used to collect data in the research. Datas has been obtained by delivering taking opinion forms and filling them written. Forms has been prepared differently with respect to students who takes PFE, prelectors who are on duty of PFE and manegers (dean and dean assistant). Opinions which have been taken was educated one by one. Besides, the number of students who took the exam, public personel selection examination (KPSS), between 2011 and 2014 in secondary education branches and the number of appointment is presented as quantitatively. Original documentaries of YOK, OSYM and MEB and related web pages have been supported to apply in order to increase reliability. They have been exposed to content analysis in the view of issue, as well. Administrators, academicians and pedagogical formation students who perform their duties and study in Fırat, Dicle, Gazi and Karadeniz Technical universities in 2013-2014 education year constitute the working group of the research. 400 students, 48 prelectors, 12 managers has taken part in investigation. These all participants of the research remarked that pedagogical formation education is a wrong, inaccurate (in other words; inadequate, poor, nonproductive) application. They also state that they had to face with many different problems during the pedagogical education. That the students try to attend these lessons by coming from different cities and different studying conditions influence them negatively in terms of both financial and moral aspects. The students know that taking only these lessons is not enough for their appointment, in other words; that the employment is in a low level and these awareness causes their motivations are effected negatively. In similar way, the academicians' work load density increase on the ground that they lecture both in Faculty of Education and in pedagogical formation lessons and because of the density, their performances are affected negatively. Moreover, according to the data which is collected from the framework of the employment politics, it is observed that supply and demand equilibrium between the number of appointment and the number of applicant who take the public personel selection examination (KPSS) cannot be balanced. The teachers should not be educated with pedagogical formation and this education should be given throughout the undergraduate education.
