Abstract (EN)
Charging system based on performance motivates the personnel to work better and improve their skills and competence. It gives messages that performance and competence are important. It leads to the view that rewarding the persons based on their performance and competence is just. Due to these features and the importance it pays to human sources, it has a very special position apart from other charging systems. The revolving funds system is a system in which the employees earn revolving funds at certain amounts based on their wage. The supplementary charging system based on performance and providing the attendant physician with income he/she deserves from revolving funds is a system in which the staff in the hospital apart from the physicians is evaluated based on overall performance of the hospital. However, unfair definitions leads to conflict among the employees. This system isn?t considered as just by health-care staff because of imbalance in income distribution among the physicians as well as between the physicians and other health-care staff. The health-care staff doesn?t view this system as reliable due to concerns on continuity of the system.
