Abstract (EN)
Along with the development of technology today, a need for man power that can use this technology has also increased. With the value given to human factor, the concept of motivation has also gained significance. When there is need to execute a job and employers can't get the efficiency needed from unchallenged workers, motivation is a subject that knowing businesses have started to focus their attention on. The objective of this study is to help employers and management in the fast-food sector, who have especially created employment opportunities for the younger generation of today, in guiding them on which motivating factors these employees are driven by and how these factors have an influence on their performance as well as increasing their inspiration. As a sample; A study among the 345 employees working at one of the leading fast-food companies in Turkey and in the World. The scale used, consists of questions aiming to expose; economical motivation factors according to assessments of employees, organizational and administrative motivation factors and relation between psycho-social motivation factors and their effects to performance. Conclusion of this study; It is clearly understood, there has been a positive connection between motivation factors according to assessments of employees and performance. The suggested idea which claims that "salary, social rights, award - premium system are most popular motivation factors among employees" is refused. Finally, motivation factors have been analyzed in relation with the employees' demographical properties and no meaningful difference appeared among all motivation factors except educational and economical ones.
