Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, the stunning changes urge the organizations to keep up with changing conditions. Following the current improvements and getting benefit out of changes without dropping back of the time are crucial for administrations in terms of sustaining their existence. For organizations, the focus of getting benefits from improvements constitutes the factor of human resources they have. The administrations being aware of that, research the ways of keeping the employees performances up. In this context, The Performance Management System is accepted one of the most efficient ways of improving the employees? performance working in parallel with the company?s performance. Motivation can be defined as an internal function which evokes the behaviors. Another important factor of maintaining the employees? efficient and active performance in an organization is prompting their work. It?s known that having human resources with high motivation offers an important contribution for administrations to reach their targets. Being aware of that, the companies sometimes use different motivation facilities in order to motive their employees. Nonetheless, it can be said that the ultimate purpose of the companies is to maintain the employees? motivations sustainably high. In this study, the motivational impact on employees of The Performance Management System implemented in companies has been analyzed.Keywords: Performance, Performance Management System, Motivation, Motivation Theories
