Özet (EN)

Perovskite has attracted attention as high efficiency photovoltaic materials in recent years and has played an important role especially in nanocrystal applications. Perovskite nanocrystals have the potential to increase the conversion efficiency of solar energy, which provides a significant development for organic solar cells. In this study, the synthesis of CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br, I) perovskite nanocrystals, which are considered as an alternative to organic-inorganic lead-based perovskite compounds due to toxic and environmental difficulties, and their use in organic solar cells were investigated. Ligand-assisted reprecipitation method was used for the synthesis of Per-NCs. The production of these perovskites was carried out by spin coating method and their performances were optimized with different halogenide contents. OSCs with ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM:Per-NK/Ag configurations were produced by doping Per-NCs into P3HT:PCBM solution. The band gap energies were calculated as 2.01, 2.25 and 2.41 eV for CsPbClxBr3-x, CsPbIxCl3-x and CsPbIxBr3-x, respectively. It is observed that it decreases to 1.875, 1.884 and 1.866 eV for CsPbClxBr3-x, CsPbIxCl3-x and CsPbIxBr3-x doped P3HT:PCBM thin films, respectively. In the reference cell, 5.797 mA cm -2 Jsc, 0.296 V Voc, 29.1% fill factor (FF) and 0.495% energy conversion efficiency were obtained. The device prepared with CsPbIxBr3-x showed an improvement of 0.650% in energy conversion efficiency with 6.904 mA cm -2 Jsc, 0.31 V Voc and 30.4% FF compared to the reference device. The efficiency increase of this device was mainly associated with the increase in Voc, Jsc and FF. This research aims to provide important findings for the development of new strategies for the performance improvement oforganic solar cells.
