Abstract (EN)

In this study we prepare, the effect of employee emposerment on job satisfaction is researched. For this purpose, the cort-house employee of Düzce court-house and its appendage, a public instutation, are accepted as universe. The data has been obtained from the 200 officiers of Düzce Court–House, as the reference section, by asking to fill the 25 questionary about "empowerment" and 15 about "job satisfaction." In the first part of the dissertation, which problemsthe study seek for an answer, the purpose, the importance, the hyphothesis, the limitedness and the meaning of some abbreviations of the study has been explained; in the second part, employee emposerent has been explained in details, in the third part, it has been informed of job satisfaction. In the fourth part, the impact of employee empowerment to job satisfaction has been explained. In the end of the second, third and the fourth part, post graduate and doctorate dissertations that has been published about related topic, also five articles in English has been summarized. In the last part, the responses of the queestionary are interpreted by analyzing with SPSS program in terms of statistical results and suggestions are composed being added personnel opinions to the questionary results.
