Empowerment, creativity and innovative work behavior are among the most important issues for today's business world. Because in work environments where empowerment is encouraged, organizational creativity increases and accordingly, the tendency of employees to show innovative work behavior increases. Therefore, it is important to examine the relationship between these concepts. However, in previous studies, it has been observed that the relationships between these concepts were addressed on a duplicate. In this study, the relationships between empowerment and its sub-dimensions and organizational creativity and innovative work behavior are discussed together, and the mediation role in the impact of organizational creativity, empowerment and its sub-dimensions on innovative work behavior is tested. The research data were obtained by using the questionnaire method from the employees working in a production company operating in Hatay province. SPSS program was used to make a statistical analysis of the data in the study. Correlation and regression analyzes were applied to the data. According to the findings of the research, it has been determined that empowerment and its sub-dimensions, meaningfulness and competence, and autonomy and impact have positive meaningful effects about organizational creativity and innovative work behavior. In addition to this, it has been determined that organizational creativity has a partial mediating role in the positive effects of empowerment and its sub-dimensions on innovative work behavior.
