Abstract (EN)

Local and global businesses want to sustain continuity. This situation is possible only with motivated staff. Employees to be successful in business means success will increase. People have different personality structures of the desires, needs and expectations do not constitute causes the differences. In this sense, people with different characteristics they must not expected to be affected by the same motivational factors. One very important aspect of a motivational factor for employees, while other employees may not make any sense to. Thus both yields the same level of the staff is not obtained. Employee empowerment is considered a form of motivation. Main aim of that study is understanding the effect of empowerment on motivation. In order to reach that aim, 158 participants attended to the survey. Data gathered from the survey is analyzed using SPSS 20,0 for Windows. At the end of the study, it is seen that empowerment supports motivation. Key Words : Personnel, Empowerment, Motivation
