The effect of personnel satisfaction on work efficiency Hakkari University example

In today's business world, employee satisfaction and work efficiency are of critical importance for the success and sustainability of organizations. However, the limited number of studies on this subject, particularly in the public sector, increases the value of existing research in this area. In this context, the present study, conducted through the case of Hakkari University, aims to fill this gap and specifically shed light on the impact of employee satisfaction on work efficiency. The main objective of this study is to reveal the relationship between employee satisfaction and work efficiency. To this end, a comprehensive theoretical framework on the concepts of employee satisfaction and work efficiency has been presented. Subsequently, the practical dimension of the topic is addressed through a field study to be conducted with the personnel working at Hakkari University. The originality of this research lies not only in its focus on an institution that has been relatively understudied in the literature, but also in its analysis of the impact of employee satisfaction on organizational efficiency based on data from a university located in a geographically, socioeconomically, and culturally distinct region. The findings obtained through this study may serve as a guiding resource not only for Hakkari University but also for other public institutions with similar characteristics.
