Abstract (EN)

It is a incontrovertible fact that success of today?s business is dependent onits staff?s competencies. One of the biggest problems that business encounter is tofind a well-qualified employee, to keep them within the business and to establishthe coordination between staff and duty. Success of employees? firstly depends onthe choice of the right employee for the right duty.Organizing all the phases, from pre-elimination to placement, according toscientific evidences, establishing psyschotechnical tests and election systems andgenerating a system which enables the evaluation and analyses of the candidatesaccording to these tests will provide taking correct decisions throughout theelection process. One of the basic goal of a business must be to establish employee-duty harmony which can only be achieved by perfectly carried out election phaseand employing the right candidate. In order to achieve this goal, most of thewestern business carry out new approaches and techniques. For many years thesebusiness also benefit broadly from psychotechnical methods. Psychotechnicalmethod is a branch of science which addressed to analyze one?s behavioralcharacteristics, capabilities and personalities for definite goals by the help of thepsychotechnical tests.Effectiveness of the psychotechnical method, which is a commonly usedmethod by the western business, come to agenda due to necessity of detailedinvestigation of candidates cognitive, physical and personality characteristicsthroughout the candidate election process by a systematic method. Due to that, inthe research, literature scanning is done on the topic of importance of thepsychotechnical method in employee election process. Beside this, the classical andmodern election methods are compared and interrelations are evaluatedthroughout the research.Key World: 1) Psychotechnical Method 2) Personnel Selection3) Psychological Tests
