A field research on information specialists for staff selection, placement and organization processes

In today's competitive business world, learning, planning, and implementing change are seen as the most important priorities for an enterprise's long-term survival and success. The type and dimensions of competition that today's business world faces are extremely complex and rapidly changing. However, the process of change redefines the structures and relationship forms of enterprises. In this context, with the intense use of information technologies in all activities of enterprises, enterprises have to be restructured in order to use technology effectively. In this study, the recruitment and management processes of informatics workers, which are the most important role in the establishment and implementation of this system in enterprises that use information technologies intensively, have been analyzed, analyzed and interpreted in detail. The research was conducted in accordance with the qualitative research approach. The data were obtained through interviews with people who played an active role in the selection and management process of information workers. The sample of the study; operating in various provinces in Turkey consists of 20 corporate executives and IT companies which work in. 10 interviews were applied to senior executives working in IT companies and 10 in interviews with top level executives working in corporate companies. Data were analyzed using the Nvivo software program In this study, information about recruitment and management processes of informatics workers; The aim of the course is to provide information workers, to adapt and motivate informatics workers, to provide organizational ties, to manage informatics workers, and the results are aimed to guide people who are interested in this field.
