Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effects of abamectin and spiromecifen alone and mixtured with other pesticides as binary, ternary and queternary and quinary on Tetranychus urticae Koch (Acari: Tetrancyhidae) were determined as an example of pesticide mixtures used in the chemical control of diseases, insects, and mite species that are problem in Mediterranean vegetable cultivation. Binary mixtures of abamectin with spinosad, acetamiprid and mancozeb showed a synergistic effect, a mixture of emamectin-benzoate showed an additive effect, and a mixture with penconazole showed an antagonist effect. All treatments of abamectin in ternary mixtures with other pesticides gave the same result to T. urticae in terms of % effect and the effect types were evaluated as additive in all of them. In the ternary mixtures of spiromecifen with other pesticides, they again showed an additive effect in other mixtures, except for the mixture of spiromecifen-emamectin benzoate-macozeb (antagonist). The % impact for abamectin acquired from insecticide-weighted quaternary and fungicide-containing quinary of pesticides was shown to be lower than the effect obtained from abamectin used alone. For spiromecifen, spiromecifen and the mixture showed the same effect in quaternary mixtures, while the effect of the mixture was found to be higher in the quinary pesticide mixture than the effect of spiromecifene alone.
