Özet (EN)
The most common disease of knee joint is varus gonartroz. Proksimal tibial osteotomy is a surgical method frequently used for treatment of isolated varus gonartroz, recently. In this method, plate and screw were used. In vivo behaviors of the plate and screw systems are not exactly known. In this study, solid modeling and finite elements stress analysis of five different plate implanted systems were studied. Results were compared with the previously done mechanical tests. ANSYS commercial software was used for finite elements method. The obtained results from the finite element analysis are mostly matched with the performed mechanical tests. Keywords: Proksimal tibial osteotomy, Biomechanic, Finite elements method, ANSYS
