Abstract (EN)
At the plastic pipe manufacturing company, establishing a quality management system conforming to the new standard ISO 9001: 2015 with the revision of the existing ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system is necessary. In this study, the quality management system that is installed according to ISO 9001: 2015 standard is discussed in detail in the company called XYZ Ltd. Sti. In addition, the requirements of the quality management system are mentioned in detail. In this study, the level of improvement in quality management after the transition to the 2015 standard at the firm, it was evaluated by TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which is one of the MCDA (Multiple Criteria Decision Making) techniques and it is seen that the application contributes to the firm according to previous years. This thesis has been prepared to help companies in the manufacturing sector to establish the ISO 9001: 2015 standard instead of the ISO 9001: 2008 standard and to understand the innovations and changes introduced by the new version.
