Platon and Kinalizâde Ali Efendi's comparison of state and society concepts

The philosophical movements which arose in the ancient Greek, taking shape among different georgraphies and cultures, taking place in the Islamic world by translation has given opportunity to arise of a new field of philosophy. This hypotheses aims to make clear the views of Plato and Kınalızâde Ali Efendi who contributed much to the Islamic Philosophy and compare them. Plato and Kınalızâde Ali Efendi created the foundation of the pilosopy of the state and society according to the cooperation and solidarity. The reason of this is Plato thinks that the necessity of cooperation occurs because of the fact that people are not able the satisfy their own needs by themselves. Thus, work sharing makes it obligatory to cooperate one another to satisfy one's need. Thanks to cooperation or work sharing, people are able to come together and constitute the societies and the societies constitute the states. Plato and Kınalızâde Ali Efendi try to explain the political philosophy which is among the practical part of Islamic philosophy. They put forward the ideal state strategies by benefiting political, social and cultural details of their communities. The idea that there is a human being who is a social creature forming society lays behind the Plato and Kınalızâde Ali Efendi's ideal state strategy. We can observe the process of the ideal state strategies by interpreting the behaviours of people. A social creature, the human, eliminated as a whole, can't be evaluated without his thoughts and behaviours. As a result of this, we initiate the relation of human with politics by including him to a society. For this reason, the human becomes an integral part of the political structure and the only element who provides the continuity of it.
