Özet (EN)
In this study, polymeric linoleic acid by free radical polymerization of methyl methacrylate graft copolymers of poly(linoleic acid)-g-poly (methyl methacrylate) (PLİMMA) have been synthesized. The obtained graft copolymers were characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) techniques. In the second part of the study, these polymers dissolved in suitable solvents by electrostatic spraying technique with a conductor and a semiconductor surface covered Au/PLİMMA/n-Si structure was created. The electrical characteristics of Au/PLİMMA/n-Si Schottky barrier diodes have been investigated by using current-voltage measurements in dark and under UV illumination intensities at room temperature. These were obtained that; the values of ideality factor (n), zero-bias barrier height (ΦBo), the density of interface states (Nss) and series resistance (Rs) were found to be a strong function of illumination intensity and PLİMMA graft copolymers have a positive effect on device electrical parameters.
