Özet (EN)

Controlled drug delivery (release) systems are described as a device or a formulation which provides the intake body of drug and enhancing its efficiency and reliance by controlling releasing time, rate and place of the drug in the body. Controlled drug delivery systems provide regionally or systemically active agent to oscillate at predetermined proportions and at specific time intervals. In recent years, copolymer-drug conjugates have been used widely at controlled drug delivery systems. The determination of particle size, surface charge and zeta potential of copolymer-drug conjugates at different medias gives information about the stability in the presence of copolymer-drug conjugate. In this study is aimed to investigate the behaviors of copolymer-drug system at different environments. For this purpose, poly (maleic anhydride-co-vinyl acetate)-noradrenaline controlled drug delivery system was synthesized via poly (maleic anhydride-co-vinyl acetate) copolymer which was identified by representing many biological activity in-vitro and in-vivo studies was derivatived with noradrenalin pharmaceutical active substance in the presence of catalyst. The particle size, mobility and zeta potential of poly (maleic anhydride-co-vinyl acetate)-noradrenaline controlled drug delivery system were measured at different pHs and salt concentrations besides in dekstrose, phosphate buffer solution and stimulated body fluid solutions and the stability and release of the copolymer-drug system were investigated by the time-dependent change of these characteristics via the UV / VIS spectrum measurements.
