Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of four welding parameters on hot plate welding of engineering plastics, namely, poliamide 6 (PA 6), polyamide 6 glass fiber reinforcement wt. 15 percent (PA 6 GF 15) and polyamide 6 glass fiber reinforcement wt. 30 percent (PA 6 GF 30) polymide 66 (PA 66), polyamide 66 glass fiber reinforcement wt. 15 percent (PA 66 GF 15) and polyamide 66 glass fiber reinforcement wt. 30 percent (PA 66 GF 30) are investigated. The parameters considered are the plate temperature, heating time, plate setting stroke and welding time. There levels for each parameter were selected. For hot plate welding process of the specimens, L9 orthogonal array were used within the frame of Taguchi experimental design method.
