Özet (EN)

After dyeing of textile fibers of nylon 6 and nylon 6.6 which are called polyamide with acid dyes, in order to get better fixation of acid dyes to poliamide fiber and to improve the wet fatness of fabric is very important. Under this study, the synthesis of nylon fiber fixing material was carried out. The substances that fix the nylon dye to the polyamide fabric are anionic structure, with a sufficient molecule size to cover the polyamide surface, to be polymeric grade and to form a layer on the surface of polyamide fibers with the nitrogen containing groups, so it can prevent the dye to spread out from the fabric to the outside. The most important consideration in this study is that the synthesized chemical fixator has no adverse effect on the environment and human health. Bisphenol and formaldehyde derivatives, which are used in the market, are carcinogenic and prohibited substances, so instead of these substances a new substance is synthesized which is environmental, will not harm human health, and the cost of it is acceptable in the market. As carboxylic acid derivatives acrylic acid and maleic acid monomers are used for polymerization and copolymerization and in the polymerization, sodium vinyl sulphonate is used to provide anionic structure.Carboxylic acid derivative of polymer/copolymer materials are synthesized and by using sodium vinyl sulphonate, anionic structure type of polymer is obtained.
