Abstract (EN)
Overdevelopment of the follicle is the result of synchronized and coordinated operation of the hypothalamus-pituitary gonadal axis. Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH) released from the hypothalamus stimulates the pituitary, FSH and LH release from the pituitary gland. Increased GnRH pulse frequency, increased response to GnRH and high estrogen levels. This dynamic attenuation leads to impairment / disruption, different clinical tabulations for various reasons. Polycystic over syndrome (PCOS) is one of these clinical charts. PKOS is the most common endocrine disorder in women of childbearing age. Prevalence varies by 6-8%. In individuals with PCOS, serum AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) levels increase in proportion to testosterone and LH levels. AMH is frequently used as a predictor of ovarian response. Studies have shown that different serum AMH concentrations are closely related to oocyte maturation and quality, embryo development and IVF-ICSI (In-vitro fertilization-Intracranioplasma sperm injection) results. In this study, PCOS (31) and unexplained infertility (115) were diagnosed between 2016 and 2017, and 146 patients with ICSI and IVF treatment were included in the study. The number of total embryos, number of total embryos, hormone parameters (FSH, E2, LH, inhibin B, AMH, LH / FSH on the day of HCG, embryo transfer, GV, Degenerative, MI, MII , premature division, sperm parameters and pregnancy rates were evaluated. According to control cases, patients with PCOS who showed no male factor had significantly higher levels of gonadotropin, although body mass index (BMI), AMH, LH/FSH and number of antral follicles (AFS) were significantly higher. AMH and LH / FSH levels were significantly higher in patients with PCOS who were pregnant than patients without PCOS who were not pregnant. When embryo parameters of PCOS and control (unexplained infertile patients) group were examined, total oocyte count, GV and degenerative ratio were significantly higher in patients with PCOS compared to other groups (P <0.05).
