In this study, resin-impregnated prepreg carbon fabrics that is a unidirectional carbon fiber material, were used. The curing process was completed by using aluminum alloy 7075 mold materials and applying the autoclave prescription determined according to prepreg carbon fiber standards for laminate plate production from prepreg carbon fabrics. The composite plates, whose autoclave process was completed, were used to produce composite carbon fiber laminates by 8 layers of fabric with a thickness of 1.9 ± 1 mm and a fiber volume ratio of approximately 58%. For testing, 12 samples were taken from different composite plates containing 5 different fiber arrays. A total of 60 samples were prepared in accordance with ASTM D953 standards, and in the same way, test apparatus was produced in accordance with ASTM D953 standards and tested. The samples, which were grouped according to the fiber arrays of the composite plates, were first subjected to non-destructive testing and control. SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) images of the samples were taken non-destructively, and errors that may occur during and after the laying process were observed. It was subjected to the tensile test destructively in accordance with ASTM D953 standards and the graphics created by the sequence differences were interpreted one by one. As a result, it has been shown that the mechanical strength can be increased by changing the stacking angles of the fiber orientation.
