Özet (EN)

Electirical industry is facing a major problem which is the inexpensive and safe way of transfering the electrical energy that may occur with problems. There are also other issues that has to be solved such as; need of higher voltage in order to transfer larger volumes of energy, possible environmental and safety issues, discharge factors and etc. In industry, solid materials are often preffered more than liquid or gas materials. AddItônally good dielectric material has to be durable for any possible damages and chemical reactions also these materials has to be heat resistant. The material that has been used during the inclined platform testing has the same qualifications above; which means the material is not affected by any enviromental factors. In this study the material has been tested by many different testing conditions, the results of the tests have been edited in a computer enviroment and the possible scenarios of the model has been studied.As one of the results; the non-lineer regression model may be one of the solution for the Black Holes differential equations. The non-lineer regression model has enabled the computers to estimate the crack and fatigue parameters without the need for us to study under the laboratory conditions.Finally, the thesis will show the relations between the vibrancy parameters and the polymetric isolators durability and their life cycles.
