Police?s urban security practice and an administration model

Researchers have not focus on police and policing concepts` improvement in their works up to today. In this work we evaluate the concept of growing under the light of public administration improvement, with this way we try to reach the further comtemporary social reality points in the futures? perspective.In this work already there is a system in the security structure which is called Bazaar and parish watchman; we try to lighten this concept under international practice, to put forth a model for consideration that will remind again and also will support the new parish criterion perspectives which are considered as decentralization practice in it.In the first part of the work police concept and its improvement has been considered in historical perspective and to evaluate thoroughly in crime and police practice and we put forth the police concept?s improvement in the develophing of social construction and public administration science for consideration.In this respect the second part of work is took up thoroughly criminology concept, fear of crime and crime prevention. To perceive of crime consept by the security officer and in this direction to develop the crime prevention strategies are taken up.In the third part of the study urban, in urban concept security and the community supporting to security issues are brought up in detail in policing approach. Community policing consept that has been produced as new approach in the urban field, is taken up.In the fourth part of study parish in the focus of model, Bazaar and parish watchman and developed model are taken up. Especially the concept of parish past, contemporary and tomorrow's are put forth consideration with examples from western countries. Te new model of bazaar and parish watchman is taken up in detail who will charge officer with to protect the parish.At the conclusion all concepts and approchs are evaluated from our country?s point of view and the benefit of the model of administration has been put with the help of work.
