The evaluation of political economical fluctuation in term of finance politics between 1950 and 2013

The reason of all struggle done throughout human history is to acquire power-ruler ship. Thus human being naturally doesn?t want to lose his power-ruler ship. In term of democracy it is required that voter should be power-giver, voter should be satisfied, persuaded or cheated to give vote. The relation between voter and electee gains importance greatly with passing to multiple party systems in Turkey and the world. Electee tends to use rulership to be selected again and provide financial and moral possibilities to voters who give power. At this point, being part of financial life of people and besides belongings are preserved, it will bring out the desire have more. This desire will be possible with being in power within legal framework or with being close to power on the other hand it will be possible with an opposing view. At this point, economical and political relation primarily and the effects of political and financial actor to political person in frame of political behavior of people were explained. The theory of political economical fluctuations which constitute the teorical part of the study was explained in details and constitutes the basement for this study. In the third and last part economical events were evaluated from political point of view by making political economy of political political economical fluctuation period of Turkey and this evaluation, world economical transformation system of turkey and the adaption of Turkey to this happened. With political and economical view to this transformation, whether the power applied election economy or not was analyzed with the help of economical and financial indicators.
